Great picture looks beautiful

This is my all time favorite "piece of art." I own a Jack Russell Terrier who looks just like the one in the painting. It is hanging over the chest of drawers in my grand-daughter's bedroom.

Surprised to see the actual art piece is not made of Canvas.

The picture is morebeautiful than shown on the internet. You will not be disappointed.

The colors are very vivid, the artwork is nicely done. The frame is a little cheap looking but from a distance it all in all looks nice. I wish it had been a little bigger and it took a very long time (3-4 weeks) to finally arrive.

I have many pieces of art and this is my favorite. The frame is shades of gold and the picture itself isn't as muted as one previous poster said. I think the colors are vibrant and even though it may not be exactly the coloration of the original its just gorgeous in my opinion. The workmanship is excellent and it was packaged perfectly. I wish it were bigger but I knew from the measurements given it would be on the small side. Love this picture and have it hung in our guest bedroom.

I purchased this piece as a gift for my mom to hang over her bed. It is so comforting and charming. The colors are very rich, but still quite neutral - mostly shades of cream, tan and brown. The little girl reminded me of my own daughter at that age. The dog and kitten are so adorable. My mother was very pleased with the gift. I was quite satisfied with the frame. This piece certainly looks "vintage" and would go well with traditional furniture.

The print was a touch darker than the original. It is attractively framed, however, the overall color of the actual print is too subdued

Loved the picture....didn't like the frame....not a fan of faux finishes.

I think this picture is beautiful and it portrays the innocence of the little girl in it. The color tones are in a rich brown and gold. The frame blends so well with it too. I have it in my bedroom and my grandchildren just love it. I would definitely recommend this picture, especially to someone who loves children. I've been very satisfied with all the pictures I've purchased at Overstock.com.

I am very happy with this print. Creates a relaxing mood with the soft colors. Perfect for the bedroom or anywhere, really.

I recognized this painting as the one on the cover of a version of Elsie Dinsmore books. I bought this copy and was disappointed by the overall gold tones of the print. I have seen several other copies of the painting since buying this one, and the others have truer colors. This is mostly gold and brown tones. I wish now that I had returned it and looked for another elsewhere. I had no idea that there could be different tones of color of the same print.
