I've purchased several of these rug pads from Great Offer Stock over the years, and these felt ones are by far the best. I know they're pricier but I really appreciate that they don't leave residue on my hardwood floors and they add a love of cushion and comfort underfoot for area rugs. I've used these under wool rugs and synthetic rugs, and both benefit from having these pads. It's like the difference between having upgraded pad under carpet in your house or the low builder grade pad. These pads can be cut to size with industrial scissors or utility knives. You will be very frustrated if you try to cut with regular household scissors. You may get through it, but it will be very time consuming and hard on your hands. To me, that goes along with the territory for a rug pad that is this high quality. After many years of using these pads, I've never noticed wear patterns, low spots or degradation of materials in any way. They hold up longer than some of my rugs have! I highly recommend the extra cost to get these rug pads over the low cost option of those open weave drawer liner like materials that just keep the rugs in place. These make all the difference in how much you enjoy walking on your rugs!

The Premium Felted Reversible Non-Slip rug pad quality is very good. The rug pad protects my hardwood floors from scratches and add a soft cushion under my area rugs. I would recommend it. You can cut it easily to fit to size.

Excellent rug pad
I ordered this rug pad because I was tired of the thin ones with holes always wadding up under my rugs (I have small dogs that are always moving the rugs). These have worked just perfectly. No bunching and no rug sliding on top. I want to purchase 2 more for additional rugs. Also, they were not so thick that they were noticeable (my rugs are cotton - not substantial area rugs). I would think they would be perfect under thicker area rugs also.

The Non-Slip Pad Really Stays Put
I have two very active lab dogs. I bought the 3x5 & 2x4. The rugs are on tile, and they stay in place. One rug is heavy & the other light weight and both stay, especially the 2x4 which gets used at least 20+ times a day by two dogs. The rugs are easy to vacuum with this product. I used to have the rug gripper that looks like waffle bumps, the kind you use to open up jars. That gripper NEVER stayed in place, & was constantly refitting the rug and gripper together. It's a good product and does what it is suppose to do -- keep the rugs in place. I have not tried this pad on carpeting.
