I purchased 3 of these rug pads to go under my rug runners. They arrived promptly and in good condition. I did cut them to fit under the runners which I had planned on doing do to size of the runners. They cut extremely easy, The runners slide just a little but is NO Big Deal! I doubt there is any pad out there that this wouldn't occur with. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this 8' pad as well as a 16' pad to go under runners on a hardwood floor. Pad holds very well to hardwood floor but felt is doing an inadequate job of preventing runners from shifting. Constantly re-positioning runners to remove "bumps" that catch the sole of my shoe. Paid a lot for these so I'll probably still use them but I'm going to try and figure out if there is something out there that will hold runner to the felt.

These are great, affordable rug pads. If your rig is an odd size, you can trim them.

I've gotten this pad in other sizes also. It's a great pad. We have hard wood floors & use it under a couple hall way runners we got and an area rug in the living room. It's never caused a problem with our hardwood. It gives just a tad more cushion to the rugs and keeps them in place. I would order this again if needed

I love these felt rug pads! They add more cushion to the rug than foam/rubber ones I have used in the past. I will be using these from now on!

Pad does not hold in place well at all. I am constantly having to adjust the carpet. It moves way more than any other pad I've owned. Do not recommend for high traffic area.

Not quite big enough to hold to the floorboards without slipping. The three larger pads like this one I purchased all work fine, but this one is only marginally effective.

I like these rug pads. They are not flimsy rubbery thin things. They remind me of a thick wool felt. They don't slide, the rug itself doesn't move. I ordered this because I have two and need another.

Easy to cut to size. Keeps my rug in place & didn't raise it by much which was what I needed as it's sitting just under my bedroom door.

THIS NON SLIP PAD Iis not only thick, but also an excellent non slip rug pad. I wasted money on other options for my hall runner. Tape, the thin mesh just didn't do the job. This is worth every penny.

Bought this rug pad because I wanted to use it under a runner that covers a stained concrete floor sealed with a wax sealer. Anyone who has wax-based sealers on their floors knows that you should avoid direct contact with rubber-based materials because, over time, the rubber can dissolve into the wax and adhere to the sealer resulting in a ruined floor. The product description for this rug pad says "100% felt construction", which is why I selected it. Well, the pad is indeed made of felt, but one entire side is coated in rubber (for use on wood floors, presumably). Not going to work for me. Returned it and am looking for a pad that is wax sealer-friendly.
