just enough padding and doesn't slip at all

This is a nice substantial pad, while not being excessively thick. Have used it now for several months and glad it got it. The only downside I have found is that, if you are using it on solid flooring with non-slip side down it stays right where you put it. Unfortunately, over time (every few days), the rug tends to shift to the side. This applies to my application, which is a long (20' or more) hall runner. for a shorter runner, throw rug or area rug this might not occur. Overall, very happy with it and it is standing up very well in a high traffic area with 2 adults and 2 large dogs! Very good value.

We had to trim this down a tad to make it fit just right for the 20' carpet but it works very well and keeps the carpet in place.

Before purchasing the runner would not stay in place. Now it is very stable even with small children and dogs.

Cut to fit all the throw rugs in the house!

This pad lays flat and doesn't bunch up! I placed it under a new 20' runner I also purchased from greatofferstock.com and it is just the right size to fit in my long hallway. The cost was under $$ for this excellent pad.
