Great quality! It has a rubber-y side and a felt-y side.

This non slip rug pad stays with the rug but tends to slide on the floor. Due to that fact my hallway runner never stays centered and that is why I gave it a lower rating.

I had to return this padding because it looked like someone else had used it and returned it. Stuff all over the rug. Very disappointed.

This is a great non slip rug pad. It is adjustable to the kind of floor you have and it can go both on hardwood floors as well as on carpet. And it really works.

Basic rug pad, what I expected.

I purchased one because of the price, but after seeing what a difference it made, I ordered 2 more for my existing rugs. Finally, my runner doesn't "kink" and lays flat. It's worth it.

Simple, effective rug pad.

I purchased several of these pads. Large and small to upgrade from the rubber mesh ones I was using because of my hard wood floors. For my runner the rug slips off the pad. So am using the old rubber mesh pad that I already had between the felt and the rug to keep the rug in place. The felt feels very good underfoot and it does not slip on the floor but with the rug slipping on top of it what's the point. Make sure the rug pad you buy works with the backing of your rug.

The pad is great because you have the felt on one side and the rubber option on the other. It helped make my rugs stay in place and provided extra cushion.
