Initially I read the one review on this site about how the end caps had been broken when the box was opened. Of course I thought, well that must have just been bad luck. After spending about an hour super-gluing all the pieces back together (it's still missing some of the smaller pieces) I can officially say, I think they to spend some time on their packaging before sending this out. The caps were wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap which proved insufficient for today's shipping procedures. It's pretty and its on the cheaper side price-wise, so I didn't want to ship it back to get a new one, but it's definitely not hardy enough to be shipped.
I received this item and the end piece the design ball was broken and it was wrapped in bubble wrap and paper and still broke and the rod was bent. Because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning I had to go to home depot and purchase glue to glue the pieces together and used my hammer to knock out the rod. For the cost of item it should have been better
Bought the adjustable "120 to 170 inch brown finish" rod with cool ends. The package came with 4 wall mounts. Hired a 'handy man' to make sure installed correctly and drilled into studs. Used with six curtain panels (two panels per window) which worked great. (curtains: Achim Tranquil Lined Grommet Curtain Panel).
I had been looking for for a sturdy curtain rod that was 130"+ and finally found this one. The end pieces are stunning and I'm pleased with the bronze color. Four supports are included to distribute the weight of this extra long rod. It's beautiful over my porch door and double picture windows.
These are light compared to the Florynce. But in my recreation room I did not want as much drama, so these work well. The finial is removable which is nice and the poles adjust easily. The black color is nice.
I have ordered multiple size of this model. They are very good quality.
The InStyleDesign Stella Metal/Resin Adjustable Curtain Rod is just what we wanted. It looks great with our Kirby Quilted Geometric Blackout Grommet-top Curtain Panel Pair we purchased from here also.
Came w/two broken finials which were cheap plastic. Metal rod is very thin and chintzy.
I am very happy with the product. Even prettier in person than as pictured. If you are in need of an extra long rod, you will be happy with this. We did however use brackets to help keep it straight, which is not surprising due to the length. 100% recommend.
The weight was sturdy, finial was a little smaller than I envisioned, about the size of a racket ball. Overall, pretty good construction. Brackets were sturdy, cut had to use our own screws for a heavier screw.
Beautiful design. Adjusts easily and fit my windows perfectly. Excellent quality. Plan to order this brand in the future for other windows in my home.
This curtain rod is wonderful!! We used it above a dining room window. We added 4 sets of curtains on this very long rod and we love it!! I wish I had used this beautiful rod in all of my rooms
This beautiful finial & curtain rod set were a bit smaller than I'd expected, and I ultimately returned them because it wasn't the look I was going for, but this set is really lovely and would look great in a contemporary or traditional decor. I like the colors that are offered, and wish it could have worked better for me.
had decorator come out, charging $400 for 2 rods that were not as nice as this! These are really nice looking. love love love the design of the finials! this said when peeking in the box. when I opened the second box, the finials had a tiny hairline crack -as soon as i gripped to insert, they literally crumbled. love the look so am returning for the same, but they are very cheap plastic, not metal. once they're up, all good, and they don't look cheap, just be very careful handling and inspect for hairline cracks
These curtain rods are easy to install and look very nice with my curtains. They finish, color and end decorations are nice. I would buy these again.
Very pretty and sturdy. Love the finials.
When trying to insert the ends one dropped on the floor and broke into several pieces.
Was shopping for 1.25" diameter rods...bought these and they are .750" dia. My fault for not reading specs closely, but why were these offered when I searched for 1.25" rods. Also, finials are very delicate, easily damaged. dropped one to floor from about 2 feet high and it broke. I was able to glue it back together, but be careful.
This curtain rod was just the right one I was looking for.
The finials are plastic. Two of the finials were defective and when placed into the rod slid off and fell on the floor and cracked. They are beautiful but not worth the price.
