Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund.

Handmade in the USA by artist Jon Allen. Total Dimensions are 68" x 24'. The dimensions include 1-inch of spacing between each of the panels. Unique styled pre-installed brackets allow for vertical or horizontal display, and 'float' the artwork off the wall about 2 inches for added eye catching depth and dimension. Easy mounting instructions, a helpful measuring tool guide and a Certificate of Authenticity included. Due to a wide variety of wall types, nails / screws are not provided.

I returned this item as soon as l received it. It was very lightweight and thinned. I was so disappointed because the advertisement looked nothing like the picture. I also purchased it because of the reviews that it received. In my opinion even the coloring looked was very different as you see in the picture. I put it out because l wanted to see if the day and evening lighting made a difference but l still did not like it. Also if you return the items it's the buyer's responsibility to pay the carrier's fee when you ship it.

Very impressed with this product. Received it today and it was beautifully packaged with step-by-step instructions etc. Also included Was information/ history of the designer. Nice to find out to my surprise his signature sketched on one of the metal panels. I was very impressed with this product ! Just gorgeous/beautiful !!

Dramatic centerpiece but difficult to install. Poor guidance and tools provided by distributor. Stunning once properly hung and ( lighted).
