I used this for my kitchen backsplash. I wanted white subway tile in a smaller scale than typically 3x5's, so this fit the bill. The tile is a true white which veers more toward the cool side than warm. For example, it's much more cool than the Dal tile subway tile from ****, if you're looking for a frame of reference. It's not glossy but has a nice satin finish. It looks great with my calcatta brazil quartize countertops, which are cool toned with grey veining (I used a white grout but in retrospect would have used a pale grey because the backsplash reads a little too white to me right not). The tile came packaged well and no breakage. They were a little more narrow than I expected but not big deal (I was expecting a 2" width but the box says 1.9", and my measuring tape showed more like 1.7"). Overall very happy with the product and service from Great Offer Stock.
So love how this tile turned out, used these tile for my backsplash. I was searching for a subway tile that was narrower in width and came across the SomerTile/Victorian Soho Glossy White Poreclain Tile, I wanted to do a different design and needed a narrower width. The Soho tiles are excellent quality and the bright white glossy sheen color pops beneath my dark cabinets. Each piece was uniform which made the cutting very easy for the installer that is. Tile was packaged very well for shipping, not one broken piece. I am very pleased with this product. I definitely recommend this product.
I installed these tiles in my kitchen and love it. The quality and color were fantastic and the price was very good. My only complaint is that I ordered too much and the charge to return the unused tile (two boxes) was extremely high. Other than that, it was packaged well and there were very few broken tiles.
Perfect shiny white porcelain tile for our kitchen backsplash. The size is just a little bit different that the typical 3x6 subway time which makes it unique. We absolutely love it and will use it in other home projects.
this was one of the budget items in our $xxk kitchen renovations! very good quality tile and the size makes the tile more contemporary without making too much of a statement. we used it for our backsplash and its been great. love it!
Well for a novice tile layer these turned out amazing! Once we figured out how to cut them that is, apparently porcelain is much harder to cut than ceramic. I used mastic to stick them to the wall and would definitely recommend ordering 10% more than needed as there was definitely a learning curve to cut them. I was getting a little nervous when I got to the end of my project but had 6 tiles left over!! They did not seem to cut with pliers like the you tube videos make seem so easy....I found that using a wet saw to make multiple cuts and then snapping off with a pliers worked for the spots that needed to be cut around an outlet or corner. I used the tile scorer and just went over the tile multiple times before snapping for the straight lines. Again you can tell how big of novice I am by the terminology I am using. My kitchen looks amazing now, if I can do it so can you.
I bought this tile almost 3 years ago and still love the look! This tile is high-quality and provides a wonderful transitional look to my white kitchen. I used a mid-gray grout. The white is "cool" and the longer dimensions is unique relative to what I could find at big box stores. I highly recommend this tile. I bought 3 boxes and not a single tile was broken.
I am so happy with this purchase! I had shopped around for quite some time on my quest for the perfect tile. I wanted a subway tile, but with more of a modern cut than the traditional 3x6- which this was perfect. There is a slight bezel to the tile, with a low gloss. And the white is a very pretty
WE bought this to be the main tile in our bathroom remodel. It is excellent. Beautiful color and finish. I just recommend double checking the square footage necessary as we had to reorder shortly before the project began.
We love the look of these tiles, smaller and longer than the standard subway tiles. Gives a modern twist to subway tile. I agree with the other reviewer who said that the white of these tiles has a gray undertone. We used them for a kitchen backsplash to go with gray and white quartzite countertops (have a marble look, but are quartzite). The only problem with them is that many of the tiles are wavy. I only notice it when it's nighttime and the under-counter lights are on. Our installer pointed it out in the beginning of our project, that many of the tiles have a noticeable curve. I try to think of it as giving the backsplash a little extra texture, but do not expect it to be completely flat. We used a light gray grout, which we really like the look of. I think we could have gone a little darker without it looking too grid-like and avoided some splatter staining behind our stove top (we put the tile all the way around the backsplash with no breaks).
Loved the Victorian Soho Subway tiles! They make for a classy finish to your bathroom and they don't absorb water. Good looking and functional!
Excellent quality. Very few were nicked/damaged and those were able to be cut and used for edge pieces. Glossy finish makes it easy to clean. They are a true white (cabinets in the picture are painted with Decorators White by ******** *****). Used a light gray grout to make it pop!
These were used in our remodel for our kitchen. We did a farmhouse style with the white subway tile backsplash. They are good quality with like a semi gloss finish.
I love this tile, I looked for a really long time to find the right size and shape! This narrow tile gave me the design I was looking for in this smaller kitchen! I will buy it again.
I wanted porcelain tile for its consistency of color (even if chipped, it is the same throughout). I also wanted a variant on the subway tile size/shape. This tile is great on both counts! But, its narrow aspect makes it almost a mosaic to install and it doesn't come in mesh-backed sheets. For a large surface area, be prepared for a substantial installation! That said, it looks great!
Love this special size of subway tile! Looked great as a kitchen backsplash alternated 1/3 brick pattern. Great quality, no pieces broken.
I used this tile in a fun herringbone pattern in a shower. It turned out so pretty! I love this brand and use it all the time. This tile is always great quality and good shipping!
This is beautiful tile! All tiles are consistently sized, no issues with curved or funky shapes in the 9 boxes I ordered. A little more modern take on a subway tile. Perfect dimensions for a herringbone pattern. The color is very close to a SW snowbound; a very slightly warm bright white. I will post a pic once it’s up in my urban farmhouse-style bathroom.
Using this for a chevron wall, perfect for what we need. Do go through all of the boxes though some tiles have imperfections on them, these are the ones we plan on using for cuts.
This tile is absolutely gorgeous, very well made and the dimensions make it stand out from other subway tiles. It was shipped nicely packaged with no damage at all.
