This couch is an incredible value for the price. The design is streamlined, and the fabric is a lovely neutral taupe color. I love the flexibility of being able to put the chaise cushion & ottoman on either side. However, the throw pillows seem cheap; I replaced those immediately. My main complaints with this purchase have to do with the shipping. Great Offer Stock does not coordinate their deliveries very well. I called three separate times to upgrade my delivery (I live alone & would not be able to move it into my apartment and assemble), received confirmation via phone but no email confirmation, and yet still the upgrade did not go through. I learned of this on the day of the delivery when I tipped the drivers extra so they would do it. I'm extremely displeased with this, as I went to such lengths to confirm that the upgrade had gone through. For these reasons, I would not purchase another large item from Great Offer Stock again. I would rather buy the same product from a local, trusted vendor that can give greater assurance and clarity about the shipping process. So, overall, few complaints about the product, but huge issues with shipping/delivery.
