The sofa arrived in a box that was broken and partially open in several areas. Some big some smaller. The corners that were open had torn and broken wicker, there was a pressure hole made in the side of the chaise (luckily that side goes against a wall) and the alignment of each piece was irregular so attaching them together was not smooth. I think there should be more than 2 clips to keep the units together. The coffee table/ottoman was warped, sides irregular, legs uneven and one of the wicker pieces was too short at the top so it didn't bend over and sticks straight up. Luckily I have a plant on it to hide that defect, but cannot hide the tilt. I realize that you get what you pay for, but this sofa was in the middle of what I was looking at cost wise. The delivery process created the damage but the craftsmanship was sub standard out of the factory. The defects are not enough to justify the hassle of re-delivery and set up, but I will be replacing this unit sooner than I thought.
