This thing is amazing. Very easy to maintain temperature and provides great smoke flavor. I got the gasket to help seal in the heat. If you just seal the upper area it works great. If you seal the lower area as well the flame will not get enough oxygen to stay lit.

I purchased 5 of these for Christmas gifts for each of my sons and my husband last year, and they were ecstatic and use these all of the time....I scored big time!!

Great buy although when I received it there were a few dents in the product. Although I know they would have replaced the product it wasn't worth sending it back and waiting for a new one. I've have a fantastic time with this purchase and will be continue to utilize it completely.

Purchased as a gift for Christmas and we had a great time making ribs and a brisket. We are new to smoking food but know more now then we did and believe we need to cook things a little longer then recommended in the guide provided. But when everything was done, it was great tasting and everyone enjoyed. Will use for making deer sausage next.

I just love my smoker but its so cold I have only used it once we made pulled pork it was awsome

This is an upgrade from the charcoal smoker we previously used and we absolutely love it! Hosted a Christmas party this weekend and did a 12 LB Turkey, 11 LB Ham & some sausage all together. Everyone loved them!
