Not impressed After reading and following the instructions to the tee ,the sharpener only does an average job of sharpening . I expected to get razor sharp knifes only to get a moderately sharp knife at best. Also you can only run the sharpener a short period of time before it overheats and shuts down , then it must cool down at least one hour before it will restart. It should have been priced half of what I Paid , then I could have possibly give it a slightly higher rating.
