I got the firm version of this mattress in queen and I'm pleased. Not only is it actually quite firm, but absolutely zero scent as is often associated with foam mattresses. Very well packed including a strong nylon bag that made it MUCH easier to get up to the third floor!

I have bought 3 other mattresses online over the years, all of them based on reviews. They have all just been ok to me, but pretty comfortable to others. I learned from reading about memory foam that petite people (I weight 110 lbs) need the softest mattress possible or else they won't sink in enough to get the benefits of the memory foam. That's why all the other mattresses seems very firm to me, but just medium firm to others. So, I bought the "soft" version of this mattress in hopes of it having just a little sinkage, maybe an inch or two - and it does! This mattress is perfect if you are petite and want something that conforms to your body. I do not have trouble getting out of bed due to too much sinkage. I do not feel like it sleeps hot. I slept on it the same night I opened it and did not notice a smell. I can't say enough good things about this mattress and I would definitely recommend to others! One thing to note - Like I mentioned, my body is used to sleeping on a more firm mattress. So, while this new mattress is very cloudlike and comfortable, I woke up stiff the first couple nights of sleep. This will go away as your body adjusts to the new softness.

No weird smell at all, expanded quickly, ready for use in a very short time! I have back issues and this is a very comfortable mix of support and softness. I was afraid it might be too firm but it isn't.

this is the first foam bed we have had and after reading the reviews we got a firm but wanted a medium and its just right. After just the first night we noticed that our back and shoulders didn't hurt. I will be purchasing more for our kids.

This is the best mattress I've ever owned! I ordered the "soft" comfort and it really is soft, unlike most memory foam mattresses but still offers support as I do have a bad back. I am going to order one for my guest room as well!

I bought this mattress for a room in my vacation home, mainly because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort - I like a soft mattress and this meets my needs. I also had guests who prefer a firmer mattress but they slept well on this as well. I am planning to buy another one!

I was always getting headaches in the middle of the night so I considered getting a new bed. This guys has been a great buy. My parents had something similar but spent $1,500. Definitely not my price but I found this guy here and love it. I was a little skeptical about not getting firm but I sleep like a baby! I had to move shortly after opening the bed and it's been the easiest bed to transport.

Pleased, with purchase good value and comfortable

I was skeptical about buying a mattress without trying it first and unsure what firmness to get (medium or soft), but I took a leap of faith and ordered the soft one after years of suffering on a way-too-firm mattress. It came and within 30 seconds of unsealing it, it was mostly, if not fully expanded. I laid on it immediately and it felt amazing. Three weeks later, I have to say this is the best sleep I have ever gotten. I am a tosser/turner due to nerve issues, and this mattress provides amazing support while still giving me that sleeping on a cloud feeling. I am beyond pleased and highly recommend it. Great value and excellent product.

Excellent quality and timely delivery

I love this mattress so much! The first night we slept in it I was so comfortable it seems I feel asleep almost immediately and woke up totally refreshed. Had to wait a little longer due to a mix up in shipping but it was worth the wait. A totally satisfying purchase experience.

We bought this mattress for both our daughters guest bedrooms aka my bedroom when I visit. It's super luxurious in its feel. If you like a very firm Mattress not the one for you. We have been very pleased with the delivery and set up. Highly recommended!

Must admit upon arrival I was extremely worried, but after taking my mattress out the bag and placing it on the bed, I love it. It was packed so tight, I bought it home in my trunk. Lol but the mattress is amazingly comfortable.

I love this mattress! I have back issues and so does my husband. Aired out for the recommended 72 hours, no bad smell. After the first night my husband woke up refreshed and ready to start the day. Haven't felt that good in about 15 years! Well worth the money.
