wish I bought it sooner!
I was a bit skeptical about this mattress because the price was relatively low compared to other memory foam mattresses, but I slept on a friends' mattress while visiting and they said to check Great Offer Stock for the brand. Boy, I wish I knew about this sooner! When my husband and I moved in together we bought a new mattress from a store in town. It was a good deal - cost about the same as this foam mattress, but was an innerspring - and was comfortable but it started to dent and sag after only 8 months! This mattress is far more comfortable than the innerspring we bough last year. We both liked very firm innerspring mattresses, however we found ourselves preferring this memory foam mattress even though it gives a bit when you lie on it. There is still a substantial amount of support, but you do sink in just a little. It kind of feels like sleeping on a marshmallow. There is far less bouncing when the other person moves around, which only contributes to the quality of our sleep. My husband is a warm sleeper, so much so that we usually run the ceiling fan during all 4 seasons, but he has said he's not too hot sleeping on this mattress. We both have noted an improvement in sore backs and necks, I was actually able to get rid of one of my pillows. I really cannot recommend this mattress enough! In fact, my only complaint is that the mattress is so comfortable, I'm having a hard time getting up with my alarm in the morning because I just want to stay in my amazingly comfortable bed as long as possible.

Best bedding money I've ever spent
I ordered the King size medium/10" thickness mattress. It was delivered in a 4x2' roll, COMPLETELY vacuum compressed. I was shocked and wasn't sure how it would decompress. No worries, it did just fine within minutes, I DO recommend having two people unpack and set it, it can be a handful to maneuver since it's decompressing as you're unwrapping it. The first few weeks it's quite stiff and almost uncomfortable, not to worry it is just breaking in (as I told myself night after night). It's unbelievably plush and comfortable now, worth double what I paid I honestly think. Conventional wisdom says not to use it for 24hrs for both the smell (use a fan/open a few windows) and to let it fully "inflate." I couldn't wait that long and had no problems. The smell was a non-issue to me, and it had "inflated" completely within minutes of unpacking. Buy with confidence.

Soft mattress
Great value for the price. I ordered soft, it is VERY soft, would probably go with medium or firm knowing that now. Still very comfortable. I ordered a full, they shipped me a king. Didn't realize that til opening it up. Took company a week to never get back to me on what to do with the king mattress. Turned out, it was my job to get rid of it, because they wouldn't take the expanded mattress back. Of course i'm not going to throw out a perfectly good mattress, but no one wants a giant king size bed. So i'm still storing this huge bed in my tiny apartment, which sucks. I told them just to refund my money, which they did, but then another week later, I got the bed I ordered in the mail. While customer service was a bit of a pain in the butt, they did come through in the end.

We bought this bed as a spare bed in a twin XL. It's been easy to store. Lightweight to move. I'd highly suggest a XL for people using this as a guest bed. I've slept in it and it's nice your feet don't hang off it especially if you're a mover. We're thinking about buying a second one to act as a king when we have guests.
