I was disappointed in this product as soon as I opened the box, because some of the shelves and panels are not real bamboo. Additionally there was a defective part, and there is only an email to report problems. The instructions claim that replacements will be shipped within days. However, we never got a response from the customer service people even after 2 emails. We then contacted Great Offer Stock, and they were very helpful. They also tried to contact the manufacturer and got no response. They then sent a replacement, and the day their replacement came (weeks after the original shipment, a replacement part from the manufacturer arrived.

Pleased with the quality and look. Comes completely disassembled -- took me longer to put together than expected.

We're happy with this bamboo linen tower, it feels & looks more expensive than it was. Its sturdy, functional, made of good quality materials, the bamboo is finished to be more like a lightly polished wood. Nice natural color. Assembly was easy due to Very specific, detailed, easy to follow instructions and all of the pieces were tagged with numbers for easy ID.
