I needed accent storage for my study. This was the perfect addition. Takes time to assemble. Don't over tighten or slats will splinter.

nice extra shelving in bedroom

This is just what I needed to add inexpensive, yet attractive storage space in my real estate office. The assembly instructions stated two people were required but I did it myself easily enough. The only problem was one shelf was missing the pre-drilled holes. I used my own drill to create some on my own - problem solved. I have received many compliments on this piece already

Comes in a million pieces. had to be together myself I guess that's expected for the price. However as you're tightening the bolts little areas of the wood started cracking. not worth it I guess you get what you pay for

very good value , looks great and it was easy to install all by myself in about one hour ! highly recommended !

My wife assembled this item, and it took her 3 hours, she said. Not sure why it took so long, but it works well inside our office "closet" on which we store various books, legal-sized paper, and other items.

This piece is beautiful; however, we didn't even have to tighten the the screws and the wood was already cracking. There is a crack along the wood at every location of a screw. Definitely not well-made. Hopefully, this holds up!

I am sorry I bought this item. The whole buying experience was poor from the beginning. No communication about the status of the order and contacting customer service was useless. The item finally arrived and it is full of scratches, chips and small cracks. Assembly was challenging. It's not an expensive item but definitely not worth the money.

Nice piece for the price but when pitting the shelves together the wood split when putting in the screws

Didn't work exactly as I planned. I wanted to use it as a printer stand and measured very carefully to make sure my printer would fit on the bottom shelf. Unfortunately, I didn't take into account that the measurements shown are obviously taken front to back and side to side in the middle of the shelves. The corners are not quite wide enough. However, I found something else that works for the printer and this makes a great shelf for magazine holders and books. This is a sturdy shelf and, once I got it together, very pretty. Assembly is definitely a two person job because you need three hands to hold everything together while screwing the legs to the shelves. Took me about three hours by myself. Would've been about a third of that with another person.

Item shipped and arrived quickly but when we started to assemble we found broken pieces. The manufacturer customer service was poor once reported this to them. Still unsure if we will be able to use the shelf
