This is by far, the nicest... most realistic corn plant I've seen! It took me a little time to shape it... but, it's beautiful! And very full. When you get it.... hold the end of the leaf in one hand, and smooth it in a curling motion with the other hand.... the way you would curl a piece of paper with scissors. The only thing I don't like about all of these plants and trees, is the pots are too small for them.... and very unimpressive. You'll want to sit this whole thing in a nicer and larger pot.... but, you'll LOVE the plant!

We've had this plant in the guest house now for about a year, and it's worked just fine. Looks real, but it's light and movable, and there isn't much a guest could do to damage it! Gald we got it.

This plant is awesome in every way! Totally worth it. I put it in a planter and added some fake mulch and no one is the wiser.

Love this tree. The foliage is nice and full. I would've liked to see it come with a nice decorative pot instead of the tiny one it comes in. It's a little difficult to shape the leaves.

Pot is to small for the plant so we built a base to keep it standing. Added big silk blooms to add interest.

Does this look real? Of course not, but it is a very nice facsimile. You'll need to work with the leaves when it arrives, but once you get them smoothed flat and bent in a natural direction, it looks great. It may be fake, but it doesn't look cheap.

This plant provides natural beauty without the work. I replaced a live corn silk plant with the silk plant. The coloring is very natural I added to a decorative pot to create a more polished look. Love this plant!

I agree with the other reviewers: Once you take the time to unfurl the leaves, they look pretty realistic. And, despite the small pot, the plant is very sturdy. That being said, we were disappointed about two things: 1. The stalks of the plant don't look as realistic as the leaves. There are two very visible seams on each of our three stalks where you can tell they were put together. 2. The plastic pot is so flimsy that it cracked when the delivery guy threw the box onto our porch on a frigid day in early March (at least that's what we're guessing happened). We had already planned to put the plant in a decorative pot anyway, so we didn't see the need to return it. Overall, for the money, this is a nice plant, though. It sits in a corner of our office. If we ever decided to get a similar plant to be more prominently displayed, we'd definitely opt for a pricier version.

This plant is a very natural realistic looking corn stalk plant. You just have to fluff out the fronds. The pot is smallish, but it does not tip over. I am placing it in a larger tub with another plant so that doesn't matter at all.

I have the same plant alive in my home to compare this too. It looks better than the real one. I am happy with this purchase. You have to play with the leaves and bend it around to mimic the real one. Afterwards, looks better than the real one.

We initially bought this plant for our home. We liked it so much that we ordered a second for a second home. The second was as well done as the first faux plant.

This corn stalk plant arrived in 7 days, 1/23 - 1/30/14. The plant was packed well, and without damage. The height from pot base to the top of plant is 53". The greatest width is 18" .. The leaves are very dark green, and resemble a healthy corn stalk plant.. If the pot is at all visible you must place plant in a larger container! (mine measures 9"h by 11"w). This is a smaller tree, but it suits my space grandly.

After agonizing of this purchase, I discovered that it was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the spot I had in mind in my living room. In fact, I liked it so well that I murdered the real one that had failed to prosper in that same spot for many years. Now I have just the right accent for that corner by the stairs and I never have to water or fertilize it! My idea of perfection.

Its a cute plant, we purchased two for our front lobby area in our office, because we had glass doors and people needed something to remind them not to walk through the glass, it definitely needs a nicer pot, but overall it serves its purpose.
