Biggest thing is that there arent instructions on how to use it and all the parts that come with it.

The steamer was great on tile floors, fair on wood floors (left a haze that had to be cleaned a second time), and useless on carpets. I would recommend only to someone who only had tile floors.

I love to clean w/o chemicals and this gets the job done. I have several pets and this machine helps me keep my home looking and smelling great!. I would purchase this cleaner again in the future.
