Beautiful accent to my master suite

Needed to patch some of my floor. Had the number of the original flooring so ordered 1 box of this and it matched perfectly.

Overstock customer service was phenomenal (5 STARS), but this vendor is very poor and deserves a ZERO. Vendor has sent my order twice now. The first was never delivered due to FedEx returned to shipper per damages. Contacted Overstock.com and rep took care of immediately. Credited previous order never received and requested replacement items to be shipped. 2nd order actually made it to my house via FedEx today, but one box was damaged and unusable. Does not look like it was damage during shipping, but old damage. So so sad that a retailer would send out damaged goods to a customer. The one star is for the actual retailer that shipped. They should be flagged and removed from ability to represent and market on Overstock.com. This is BAD business. Please reprimand your partner!!!
