bought this vacuum about a year ago it has never failed me. it has never gone dead while using it. cordless is amazing. charging is easy. it's simple to take apart and clean. i'd recommenced following the manufacturer instructions to take it apart and clean it every so often. the only thing i don't like is when it's charging the vacuum blinks a very obvious blue light that will illuminate a dark room.

I bought one of these about a year and a half ago. I was happy enough with it--lightweight, easy to maneuver, good job on carpets, easy to empty--until the brush stopped turning. It seems that I need a new belt, and BELTS FOR THIS MODEL ARE NOT SOLD ANYWHERE! I looked everywhere online, and the only available replacement belts are for different models. I called a local vacuum cleaner repair shop, and they confirmed that belts for this model are not sold anywhere, evidently not available from Shark. There is no info. anywhere about compatible parts. So I guess I will have to replace the entire thing. That's really disgraceful.

I'm very pleased with this product & Would buy it again.

I have a cat that constantly scatters litter. I bought this just to pick up that several times per day. It works so good I have been doing my whole house with it

Light weight, powerful suction, easy to use. I love it!

It works and does the job. There are some angles where the rotator head lifts off the floor and is not the best. Overall it is just fair. I thought Sharks were supposed to be great!

This is the best little vacuum, I love everything about it. It's light weight, has a lot of power, easy recharge setup and simple, simple to empty the bag less unit. I can whip this puppy whenever I need it and it works great in my apartment. A big plus, it also works on hard floors. I really do recommend this vacuum.

I bought this vacuum for my small studio and it works wonderfully.The charge lasts quite a while and the suction is pretty fantastic and even works well on the rugs I have.

excellent product, wireless, easy storage, does the job.

I did not read the description carefully and did not realize this has no attachments - big drawback for me since I could not use it to vacuum draws, corners etc.

I don't think the battery life is long enough, when cleaning your house you have to leave the vacuum on the charger in between rooms.

I was SO excited when I saw this Bagless, Cordless, and Lightweight vacuum. I own 600 square feet in my condo, so this was not too bulky or big to be maneuvering around my small space. I was so happy for about the first month when I received it. Now, I realize it was a HUGE mistake. The item description says "Extended run time ensures spaces to clean will run out before the power does" which means it will last about 15 minutes.... 600 square feet isn't much room but 15 MINUTES?! I wish I could clean my entire condo in that time but unfortunately the power ALWAYS runs out so I have to charge it half way through my clean. I usually leave the vacuum charging throughout the day so I can come home and vacuum... but it will still only last 15 minutes (if that!). The blue light that turns on when its in carpet mode is also broken already. Just a poorly made vacuum overall and I am NOT impressed with this company and will never buy from them again!

I love the Shark Navigator. It really picks up dog hair, is light weight and easy to empty. The only complaint is that the charge doesn't last long enough to finish the job.

This is a great cordless vac. It's base is it's charger. And the charge lasts a long time. And it picks up everything. Bare floor or carpeting.

This works great for everyday cleaning! Bought one for each of my children too!

Nice design, but doesn't work very well after a couple of years no matter how much I clean it out. Probably need to replace battery.
