great kitchen island I actually bought 2 for the extra shelf, the shelf is adjustable looks terrific in my kitchen! You may need to stabilize the top where the legs fit in, I used a wedge in each hole to tighten.

Sturdy Table Perfect for extra work space in my kitchen. Table does not wobble and shelf is strong enough to store a few heavier items. Surface is a nice size - not cramped.

not as sturdy bought this for my new laundry area. it looks fantastic but seems a tiny bit chintzy with plastic sleeves for attaching the legs to the base and top. maybe i didn't snap them into place as best I could but it doesn't feel as sturdy as it looks, or as the name of it would imply.

Solid, functional This was exactly as described, including measurements; that was important since I had a space and this fit with fractions of an inch on either side. Leveling legs are handy on a not-quite-perfect hardwood floor. Delivered ahead of estimated date.

Love this table! iIlooked for a table for quite awhile that would be used in my sewing room. this table is perfect! not only was it easy to assemble, (it took all of 10 minutes), but it is beautiful, and the table has a strong shelf underneath that can hold 3 storage compartments to hold my sewing stuff. I highly recommend it to anyone who sews even though it was made for the kitchen~

quick set up Was very nervous when I saw package on front step. Both ends were opened, box looked beat up. I was worried about missing pieces, very heavy package. All the pieces were there and it took me less then 10 minutes from emptying box to done.

Not sturdy for heavy duty use We found that while this table would support heavy loads, it would not support our heavy duty use, heavy movements (like sawing, sanding, scrubbing, etc). The table was very nice looking, but did not meet our expectations for heavy duty use.
