Best investment. Bought a Beautyrest no good. Mattress good for a month after would you can feel the springs. Beautyrest doesn't stand behind product. I always like Serta mattress wanted to try something different worst mistakes. Mattress is great i sleep well and wake up refreshed.

We have now been sleeping on this mattress for three months and as time progresses, so do the problems. In the beginning, it was fabulous; it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Now it is messy, lumpy and just pure junk. This purchase is by far one of the most regretful investments we have ever made. My husband and I both roll to the edge of the mattress and wake up, nearly hanging off of it. The center is nice and firm, and the edges are ruined. My parents have had an off brand memory foam for several years, and it sleeps far superior to this. It is shorter than our previous standard King, which makes it difficult for pillows to stay on the bed, they are always falling between the mattress and headboard, and our comforter keeps falling between the mattress and footboard. I am extremely irritated and disappointed with Serta. They should be ashamed to roll out such poor quality at the prices they are charging. While our lower back problems have improved, my husband and I have both developed severe shoulder and neck problems. I feel like sending Serta our chiropractor bill. Do Not Buy this Mattress. It is not worth the price unless you weigh 100 lbs or less. **Additional note: we have rotated the mattress several times, as recommended. It only offers a temporary solution.

The mattress is comfortable, but after a few months is showing cratering on one side. The box springs do not match up evenly, an annoying situation that presented itself immediately. This means the bed slides around within the frame. The worse aspect of the mattress, however, is that it still has a terrible chemical/rubber odor. I have asthma and at first struggled to breath. Then after using Fabreeze on the bed, airing it out, and trying to ignore it, the smell is still there. I would not purchase this again, but look for something more conventional, without the odor.

Feels like it will hold up. Saw some reviews about sagging, hopefully this won't be a problem.

Great mattress, definitely becomes less stiff once you sleep on it for a few weeks to which is great!

Considering the mattress we slept on beforehand was the cheapest mattress available -- on sale -- etc, it was definitely time for an upgrade. We have been sleeping on this mattress for 2 months now. I am loving it. I was debating over getting the 10 or 12 inch mattress and ultimately went with the 12....looking back now I could have gone with the 10 and saved myself some money, but whatever. My husband doesn't love it quite as much because, he says, of the way he sleeps (he's very long, skinny, and sleeps on his side) it hurts his hip a little. I'm a light person and I sleep on my stomach and wake up with no pain whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend this mattress. It is wonderful!! Buy it!

I love it!!! I stay a sleep

I was a little concerned about purchasing a bed online without trying it out. But because this had good reviews and also, because it was a Serta I took the plunge and ordered it. It did take a little while to receive it but Great Offer Stock was wonderful with constantly updating me. Delivery was EXCELLENT, the guys took my old mattress away and they were so sweet. The king size is HUGE, perhaps I'm just not accustomed to a King size but wow, I guess I've missed out being that I've only ever had a queen size bed. At first, I did think it was a little firm but after about a week of having the bed, it molds to our bodies and sleeping has never felt so wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this bed via Great Offer Stock, just know that it's more on the firm side than it is plush. However, it's still soft and amazing!!! If you really want to treat yourself, buy the king size z pillow by Malouf on this site as well! I've never enjoyed by bedroom more than I have now. Enjoy!

We tested out beds at mattress warehouse to make sure we knew what's firmness me liked. Then we ordered it on overstock- this is a great bed and getting the gel is perfect so you don't get too hot. Glad we ordered this awesome bed, we sleep so well!

It a good product for the price, seems to be on the firm side.
