I purchased the mattress for my grandson. There was no need to include a box spring as it makes the bed too high? I wish they would just sell the mattress. As far as comfort - He told me it feels ok?

I am very happy with this purchase. It is a very good quality mattress that adults can sleep on. The delivery and setup was quick and very professional.

Delivery and customer service get 5 stars. I called to confirm this item was in stock and ready to ship and the customer service rep confirmed that it was and explained the process (1-2 weeks). I then received a call from their independent carrier about 1.5 weeks later to schedule a delivery time. The delivery guys were very nice and professional arrived and unpacked the bed and put it on the frame. Mattress- We bought this for our baby's nursery to use as a guest bed. It slides off the box spring a bit. It's also very bouncy. The whole bed moves when you turn over. It's reminiscent of a dorm bed. Height-it's not very high, so perfect if you have a small child. If I keep it, it's only out of laziness. In conclusion-The O exceeds expectations with their delivery and customer service. The product under delivers.

This bed is very comfortable. Purchased it for a small child and don't mind laying in the bed myself. Its very soft and comfy. Not to soft but not firm.

We looked at store twin mattresses but were unimpressed with the quality for the price. This Serta twin is a nice solid feel and good quality materials, good enough for an adult to sleep, and came in the extra long we needed to fit the frame.
