This is a very comfy mattress - we love it!

This mattress is a little thinner than our other sets in our house, but it is a nice set. We bought this for our guest bedroom. Our mattress was dirty under the plastic and the center support for the box spring was loose and cracked when sat on. I was disappointed on that end. The delivery team was fabulous, they even took pictures! Our guests have slept on the set and the only complaint we received was the sides collapse a little too easy and you have a tendency to slide off. Overall a good mattress, just make sure you check it really well when it arrives.

Would buy again. 2 week delivery - very good!

This is an excellent mattress, especially for the price. A great compromise between firm and soft, supportive in the right places. Also amazing delivery and setup.

I have bought this item during holiday sale and I am repenting a lot now. This is one of poor inner spring mattress i have experienced so far. never buy this. Great Offer Stock promised to help resolve this by full refund but they never responded back even after many follow-ups. again NEVER BUY THIS.

The produt is not bad, but this company its, they took my purchase and my money, hold it for 2 weeks, just to tell me later, that they were out of stock, don't dont know how to keep and inventory or they one too use my money for 2 weeks free. Im very disapponted.

I read all the reviews on here and I was concerned about the mattress sinking in the middle. I have not had that problem, the mattress is firm, I added a memory foam pillow top to soften it up and have not had any issues.

Guests complain that mattress is too soft and has a sink hole on left side of mattress. Is this not ciuple that has used bed with this mattress.

I got this mattress for a steal here on Great Offer Stock and it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Mind you, I'm shortly out of college so my standards aren't all that high, but it is so comfy I never want to get out of bed. Worth every penny.

At first this mattress felt way too firm but within a couple of weeks it broke in and feels pretty good. Not spectacular and amazing but good.

Bought one of these for the guest room because the price was right. We liked it so much that we bought another for our master bedroom! Feels like sleeping on a cloud. Some might find it soft, but under the plush top is a nice firm and supportive mattress. My husband and I love it.

I purchased this mattress over Labor Day weekend after shopping for quite some time. I took a leap of faith, not being able to try it out before buying, but knowing Serta makes a great product made the decision easier for me. My bed was delivered earlier than expected, they removed my old mattress and set up the new one very quickly. I gave this 4 stars because I would have preferred it to be a little softer, but the addition of a foam mattress topper made it perfect. What impressed me the most was that this mattress was made to order, so I know it wasn't sitting around a warehouse for a while. I highly recommend this bed - it was the best choice for me.

The new queen bed by Serta was delivered today, and once the delivery men left you'd think that there hadn't been anyone making a delivery! The opened the mattress coverings, put the box spring on the bed, took our old mattress, and we are in 7th heaven!

We purchased this during an exclusive sale, so we made a quick decision to buy. While we were reluctant to buy a mattress online without testing it out first, we have NO regrets. Both hubby and I got a great nights rest from the first night we slept on it. We've have it for almost 2 years and have had no issues whatsoever. Happy with purchase.
