Fast ship on wonderful, comfortable mattress. Can't stress strongly enough what a good deal this is, and what great quality the mattress is. Puffed up almost immediately, no odor, easy to handle. Will buy a queen sized one for our guest room when it's in the budget.

Comfortable king mattress. Got delivered right on time. It is quiet firm.. but is very supportive and forms to your body nice. My husband and I love it so far.

My wife and i love this bed. It was shipped super fast and once we opened it, we knew it was a great purchase. After sleeping on it for a couple weeks now, we can both say we have not had better sleep. I never want to leave the bed, i constantly just lay down just to enjoy it thru out the day. This is probably the best thing ive purchased this past year. We have a thick comforter and i never get hot. Its firm but soft and comfy. I sleep on my back and my wife on her side, and we do not have any issues. Killer deal and even better with a discount code!

After two years my mattress has not only ripped apart at the seams (after one year) but is now sagging so badly and so lumpy that it cannot be used comfortably. Don't dare try to use the warranty on the mattress either. Serta sends you to the retailer and the retailer sends you to Serta and you never get anywhere. The Mattress was on a memory foam bed frame for its lifetime but none of that matters because it is so uncomfortable that you don't even want to use it. It starts out as a very comfortable mattress but quickly deteriorates.

I have purchased various memory foam mattresses, and this one is one of the more comfortable. A 12 inch mattress for this size of bed definitely makes a difference.

This is my first memory foam mattress and I love it! So comfortable... doesn't make you sweat at night! It's medium firmness/softness. Right in the middle ( I like firm and my fiancé likes soft) & we both find it very comfortable. Great buy!

I bought two of these mattresses but the second one was not as firm and somewhat didsppointing.

Love our new mattress. We've had it fur there weeks. Hubby was hesitant to break from the traditional box springs and mattress, but there's no looking back now! We're both over the moon with our purchase. I wasn't sure how we'd get it up the small staircase, turn down the hallway, and unti out bedroom, but it was packaged in a compact box and was easy to maneuver. Directions say to let it unroll and rest 24-48 hours before sleeping on it, but we broke that rule and all is fine. It's firm, supportive but not hard at all. Unbelievable value!

I was skeptical about buying a mattress online and let alone a memory foam mattress for the fist time! I am pleased I did. The Serta 12-inch Deluxe Memory Foam Mattress arrived on time and very easy to set up. My husband and I lay it on the platform frame and left it alone for the 72 hours as specified online. Our mattress did not have a strong odor as some other reviewers mentioned. The mattress is firm, but very comfortable, I had a pillow top which would cause my husband and I a lot of back and shoulder pain every morning. Both my husband and I have had restful nights with no pain. I am glad I purchased the mattress.

Phenomenal mattress, best purchase ever. It has been two months and we are still so happy with it. It expanded great, and there was actually no smell for us like some other people complained of.

This is by far the best mattress I have ever slept in! I have seven herniated discs and one fractured (healed) vertebrae in my spine. Switching to this mattress was the best decision I made for my healing process and to alleviate as much pain as possible. We have owned the mattress for two years now and it is still in excellent condition, it isn't sinking or wearing at all! The only issue is it is hot (menopause). This isn't an issue for my husband though. I highly recommend this product!
