We have been using this mattress for 7 months and love it. It is extremely comfortable and I look forward to getting into bed every night. It is plush but also firm enough as to where it does not hurt our backs. I love the fact that it is double sided and can be flipped every so often. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

The mattress didn't fit right now it isn't holding up 10 years guarantee. This was guaranteed, reimbursement. I have to call costumer services first.I will let you know how that goes. The company is giving a new mattress Thanks. Now I will give the company a ***** star I called them and they had no problem with our problem. 100%guarantee from them . Very nice factory.

this matters 'is not 10'' in size. and is very poor quality the matters becomes flat after a few weeks. i wound not recommend this matters to no one.

You get what you pay for when you buy a mattress. That's what I've learned from buying this one. It has virtually no support. We were so frustrated by how squishy it was that we opened it to see what was inside. The central foam section does not seem to be a full 5 inches. Essentially, you're paying for the exterior case and shipping when you buy this mattress. The foam itself, since it's not really high quality, doesn't cost much. Since buying this, I've learned that it's important to know the IRD/ILD of foam before buying a mattress made of it. Do yourself a favor and research foam mattresses before you buy one. You could probably get something better at *** or the *** . They even build the mattress with the case.

I ordered this Mattress which looked nice and comfortable. Only it measured to be 7 1/2" deep to 8" in other areas. Was guaranteed warehouse would make sure to send a 10" if I reordered it. Got the replacement looks just like the first one & measures 8". Guess they don't know what a 10" mattress is.

Received mattress on 5-25-16 let rest for overnight.The mattress was wonderful haven't slept that good in years. Usually my neck and back were hurting after I woke up in morning maybe slept a hour at the most. For the price of this mattress and the quick delivery it is well worth it. Should of done it a long time ago. Thank you

WE WERE VERY SURPRISED AT THE SIZE OF THE DELIVERED BOX, AND DID NOT FIGURE THAT THIS MATRESS COULD BE IN SUCH A SMALL BOX. BY FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS THE MATTRESS GREW IN SIZED OVER A 42 HOUR PERIOD. AFTER SLEEPING ON CONVENTIONAL MATTRESSES ALL OUR LIVES, IT TAKES A LITTLE GETTING USED TO. WE ARE SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THE SIDES SEEM TO GIVE WAY. HOWEVER ONCE IN THE BED WE FIND THAT OUR SLEEP IS MUCH MORE RESTFUL. OVER ALL WE ARE HAPPY WITH THIS MATTRESS.

I like this mattress after 6 weeks of use. I find it firm and my back has had no issues with it. My husband hated it from the beginning and says it like sleeping on a marshmallow. I do flip it every week when changing the sheets as it tends to form low spots where you regularly lie. For the price it was a good buy and it is well made. It is on a king frame with a low profile box that we already had. Because of a difference of opinion with my husband I have to rate as average.
