  • Mine DID arrive with a base - the pole and cross platform it attaches to. However, the weighted sections that hold it down are NOT included.

• The umbrella will not stand up. It is on a hard concrete surface. It falls over . How can I make it work o r get a stonger base to hold it. Dave A.

  • It was large enough, it is a cantilever umbrella, and it looks great! Also the price was 100.00 less than at Wall mart and Home Depot.

• all three of the screws feel out of the crank, which can not be taken apart. Now the umbrella wont stay up. we bought it end of March, so not happy about it lasting for a month. can you tell me how I contact the manufacturer for the warrantee information to fix it?
