The head was too small for my needs

Easy to install and looks nice.

I hemmed and hawed over faucets as I knew I wanted a simple, industrial design, but with an affordable price tag. I could not be MORE excited about the look and functioning of this faucet. I can't speak to installation as our contractor installed it. It's beautiful to look at, has a matte finish, which I appreciate. It is substantial- nothing flimsy about this piece! The pull-down feature is strong and sturdy, yet pulls fully down to nearly the bottom of my 11" deep Ruvati sink (sink is 10"D + 1" dept of the counter). I LOVE and appreciate this feature and it makes washing the sink and rinsing anything so much easier. The entire faucet can swing fully left or right, completely out of the way of the sink if needed. The base of the faucet spout rotates to change the sprayer from stream to spray and a mix of the 2 (stream in center, spray around the perimeter). This is simple to use and sturdily designed. Can you tell I like it? It sure makes a great statement in my new kitchen.

We love the design, color and quality. This is so much nicer than we expected. It was presented in a box that made it look like a nice piece of jewelry. Even our plumber commented about how nice it was. He thought we paid a lot more for it than we did. We have had this installed for nine months or so and still love it! Very nice quality.

installation was easy. the faucet is just beautiful. we all gasped when we opened the box. The quality of the construction is outstanding. get it! you won't regret. just want to mention that it is very big. not suitable for a small sink.

I love it! had it installed about a month ago and it is working wonderfully. It is very easy to use. The faucet hose can be pulled through to extend it into the sink for cleaning. It is a heavy piece of equipment. I had it professionally installed. My plumber told me it was a well made unit and was surprised at the low price I got it for.

Really liked the look of these faucets, but wanted one with no plastic parts. This is one of the few at a reasonable price. Really happy with it. Water pressure is great (although I live at the confluence of the ocean and a river, so I have excellent pressure in the whole house). It installed differently than normal, according to my contractor, but not difficult.

We bought this faucet for our outdoor kitchen in sunny Arizona. This faucet is beautiful but also very tough. It compliments our stainless steel sink and the granite counter top of our outdoor outdoor kitchen. It's one hand control has an easy to use fluid motion.

We purchased this faucet to replace the cheap on that the builder installed in our new home. It is perfect! Great water pressure and looks really nice. Very heavy duty like a commercial faucet. Highly recommend!

Looks pretty good. I wish the sprayer part wasn't plastic. I was hoping it would be metal. So, it feels a little cheap.

Just received my faucet looks better than I anticipated,not like the flimsy ones in the box stores. Have not hooked it up yet, but so far I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Great for washing large pans

My Ruvati stainless steel faucet has been installed for a few weeks now and I love it as much as I did the day it was installed. The water pressure is just right, and I love that I can change the type of water flow. The level is easy to push on with my wrist. The faucet is on the heavy side. I am glad I purchased a heavy duty commercial grade stainless steel sink. They look and fit well together.

Only reason giving it 4 and not 5 is the ability to switch the spray type is a little annoying. But for the price I can live with it.

This is a first class faucet at a great price. When this was installed by the plumber he wanted to know where we purchased because of the quality and class of the product. I highly recommend.

I wasn't loving the basic big box store-type kitchen faucet that came with my house - it didn't have the pull-down hose I needed to spray my deep undermount sink clean, and it was just plain looking. Of course, once I got this one and my husband went to remove the old one, we discovered the spray hose was pulled too far back into the solid part of the faucet and did, in fact, exist. It says a lot that even after discovering my main objection to my "old" (6 months old) faucet wasn't true, I didn't even consider sending this one back! The industrial chic look is just as pretty and striking in person as in the pictures - if anything, more so. I was worried I wouldn't like the small size of the handle, but it looks good in person and it is appropriately positioned to flick on with your wrist when your hands are dirty. I got it about three months ago and haven't had any problems so far. The water pressure is also better than with the "old" faucet. It really makes my kitchen look more high-end, and I was relieved that it doesn't look out of place with tan/brown granite and very traditional-looking cream cabinets. Installation was no harder than any other faucet install, maybe even a little easier. The deal I got was incredible - with a coupon, it cost practically the same as a boring, outmoded one at a big box store!
