This is a very sturdy towel rack. We use it as a towel rack and do not use the warmer option very often. But the warmer function does work well and is a nice function. We do not have room for a towel rod on the wall but this little stand works so well and looks nice at the same time. It is sturdy,, has nice silver finish that has held up well to the humidity in the bathroom for over a year now. It is tight, level, and doesnt wobble. Is a nice and useful addition to our bathroom.

It was shipped very fast, and I received exactly what I ordered. I love that it came with a wall mount also. Perfect size for the space I have. Not to small not to big!

I was looking for an affordable way to prevent my towels from getting musty and this has been perfect! My old house has no ventilation in the bathroom and damp towels get gross fast. This drying rack fits well on the wall above the toilet and provides consistent heat. My towels are dry in a few hours, but I leave it on 24/7. I just love it!

Doesn't heat up properly.

I live in a small place with only a washer and no dryer, but my towel warmer serves as a dryer. I hang clothes on it and in the morning all is dry!

This product would not warm a paper towel, much less a real bath towel. Do not waste your money. If not for the fact that it was too much of a pain to ship back (large item), I would have sent it back the next day! Very disappointed.

it does the job, its been very cold lately

Towel warmers are great, the towels are warm for after bath drying, and drys the towels when done. Helps keep towels from getting that musty smell.

It looks nice but it does not heat enough to warm a towel. We bought it for the hot tub to warm towels when getting out but the towels do not get warm. Might work in a bathroom but I was disappointed would return if I still had the box.

Works. Fine but flimsy bottom stands

I hung on wall since no room on floor. It takes several hours to dry towel.

This towel rack will only warm the area that directly touches the towel. It also has no instructions on how to put on the wall;(

I brought this item as a spa feature and it is not work the cost. It takes about 20 min for the towel to warm, to include it does not warm the whole towel just the portion that is around the bar of the towel. If you are looking for that hot towel feature when you come out of the shower this is so not it.

This towel warmer works well when you can't have a hardwired one. Price is right. I would buy it again.

I wish I would have listened to the other review. Don't waste your time or money. Great Offer Stock also doesn't have free returns and makes it very difficult to return an item.
