Provo Queen-size with Inner Spring Futon Sofa Sleeper Bed

This was not difficult to put together and the mattress is comfortable, comparable to that of a regular bed. Wrestling it back up in place is a bit tricky, but overall we really like the bed. We lost the instructions and the mfgr emailed them to us immediately as soon as we contacted them, so nice customer service, too.

The overall fit and feel of the futon is fine. But the mattress is not like the pictured mattress. SOmewhere I read you have to wait 3 months for the mattress to de-compress after being rolled up into a tight roll to ship. After one month, mine is no more than 7 inches thick and the "microfiber" does not have a fine feel to it, it feels more like one of those carwash rags or maybe those blue paper towel rolls. It's not an entirely uncomfortable mattress, but it is not the nice overstuffed as pictured with the nice fabric finish either.

I really like the way the futon looks. I only wish it was a little easier to open and close when using as a bed. We were hoping it was more a lift and pull, instead you need to pull away from the wall and lift and push. It was pretty difficult to build also. But it's comfy and looks nice

great futon bed. it's plush so you don't feel springs when you sit or lay on it. the color is not as vibrant as the picture but still pretty. definitely recommend

Excellent for limited space where seating and sleeping options are needed. This futon is very sturdy and comfortable and wasn't terribly difficult to put together. Would recommend!

Ok looking, but have to warn you, it takes two people to fold and unfold from sofa to bed! Also the middle leg is made of cheap plastic, and is very visible...should have been part of the wood frame instead

I bought this in November and a 3 year old has slept on it on visits with me several times. It now will not close. The cover is thin and has holes where it is stitched as a tufted look. Two grown people can barely open and close it. We struggled with it right after we bought it but I assumed it would get looser over time. I sprayed hinges with WD-40 today and still no luck. My husband threw up his hand and said what a piece of junk. It is just stuck open. I am very disappointed in Great Offer Stock for selling such junk to its customers.

The futon set itself is really nice. This is our 2nd purchase we liked the first one so well. However, on the 2nd one we were sent a full size frame with a queen size mattress. Unfortunately we did not realize until it was totally put together. We immediately contacted Great Offer Stock. They "expedited" a new queen set but that was over a week ago and we have yet to receive it. Then we will have the ordeal of returning the incorrect one. They did take care of the problem, but it is no less a pain.

All of our guests have commented on the comfort of this bed. It is great to have a queen size option for a futon.

I did my research and this was going to be the best queen-sized futon I was going to get for my budget. Have had two different guests (both couples), no complaints... maybe they were being nice? Haha ASSEMBLY: Instructions were clear. I assisted my husband and it was pretty easy, so that made us happy. MATERIALS: The matress had this awful chemical smell for several days. Had to leave the window open for it to air out. Matress also is very cheap material, several ripped spots around stitching. No big deal if you're going to use bedsheets (Which you should) or blankets to cover. It is definitely not 10" deep or whatever the description said in terms of the matress cushioning. It's pretty dang firm and more like 7.5". If you want to add extra comfort, get a pillow top comforter. All other materials are nice, good enough, pleasing to the eye. USE: It fills up our room nicely, and has been great for the guests we have had. It's a true queen size, fits my queen bed sheets fine. I wouldn't pay a cent more than $400....Definitely don't pay extra or fret over the color of the matress. You're going to want it covered anyway at all times.

Very difficult to build very diffucult to open and close . To heavy . Not as nice looking as shown in pictures .

This futon is very poor quality. The mattress cover is paper thin and came with multiple holes in the fabric. The actual couch us very difficult to fold. It took two adults to fold it into a couch. The mattress seems ok but we will not be able to use it as a bed because of the difficulty in folding it.

My parents came into town to visit and slept very comfortably on this futon. It did take a bit of time to assemble, my husband and stepfather watched a YouTube video for additional help, but it seemed to work out just fine. A little tricky maneuvering it back and forth from sofa to bed positions. However most futons are not considered "very comfortable" (and my mother would tell me if it wasn't) so I am happy with this purchase!

It arrived on thursday 5/19. I assembled it and when the mattress arrived yesterday everything looked good until I opened into the bed position and both back ended panel hinges bend and snapped. Now, it doesn't fully sit upright or bends back into a bed. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME.

We bought this futon as a guest bed but I like to sleep on it myself. It is firm and feels good on my back. The red/rust fabric is also really pretty..

The futon frame is great. Very sturdy and well made. I am very happy with the frame. The mattress is not comfortable at all. I thought by being an inter spring mattress it would be more comfortable than a foam mattress. I was wrong. I am now buying a foam mattress to go over the top. Very disappointing. Also the mattress came with 3 splits in the cover. These are where it is quilted. Too much trouble trying to return this large item, so I will try to sew it and hope it does not look too bad.
