After 5 months of use I'm very glad I purchased this stove. It arrived quickly and without issue. There have been some minor issues with it's ignition but the company has been super responsive to correcting them. It's a no frills stove but functions very well and looks good. Absolutely love that they have the kept all the burners with the full power and didn't turn their "simmer burners" into wasted space like many other brands have done. I would gladly purchase this range again.

This range looks great, but I can't stress enough how terrible it is. One, the ignitors constantly click while using the cooktop. Every ignitor. Two, the oven racks do not slide. They constantly get stuck within the shelf rails. That means you can't pull the rack out and safely retrieve your hot food. You have to risk burning yourself every time you bake. Three, speaking of burning, the burner knobs get incredibly hot when using the oven. How hot? One melted. Four, the infrared broiler is postage-stamped size. So, you have to constantly shift the food your broiling in order to get a consistent cook (all the while risking your hand as the racks don't slide). This is a horrible product and I can't wait (well, waited 25 days now and counting) for Great Offer Stock to take it out of our house.

I've had this range now for a month. Don't think I'd buy again. Cons: The ignition turns on and off all by it self. There for we must keep un plugged. Service department is lacking. Been 3 weeks and still no schedule on a repair. I've called the consistently every 2/3 days. There excuse is they can't find a contractor to come repair. We are in the Miami area so plenty of appliance repairs are abound. Still no repair schedule. Top of the stainless steel scratches real easy so be careful. No oven temp gage. Pros: Looks impressive and professional. Flames are consistent burns. Oven heats up fast and cooks even so far we only used oven 2xs. Reasonable price for a 36'' gas range. Overall if you can deal with the cons it's a good buy. If you have the extra 1500 to spend, I'm thinking there are better options.
