    My daughter had it at college then moved home. My husband liked the way it set up initially. They moved it as a traditional box spring without disassembly.

    Yes. It just needs to be deasembled if you are moving it any distance, but room to room you can turn it sideways and move it like a box spring.

    It is a pretty light weight box spring (really just metal frame with fabric zipped around it). My bed has slats so it works ok. Without slats I don't think it would be very sturdy. I wish I had gotten a regular box spring
