I'll start by saying that I bought this because I was sick of my 3000 psi gas pressure washer constantly having problems. I love the high pressure of the 3000 psi gas model, but having it into the repair shop 6 times in 2 years has left me pretty frustrated. I don't use the washers often, but the once or twice a month I might need one means it needs to work.
I looked at the high PSI electrics one and they are pricey (like, over $$$$) pricey. Not what I was looking to do, so I read a bunch of reviews and ended up with this one as a "mid level electric". At 2000 psi, it's decent. Up close with the 15 degree or 0 degree tip, it will strip old paint and remove deep down grime. It's easy to handle, love the instant start and the wand is comfortable and easy to use. I wish there was a holder built in to hold the house and electric (the little nub on the side is useless), but I made it work by just piling them onto the top handle.
That said, one big reason this didn't get 5 stars: It was missing the hose between the wand and the unit! No where in the box. I called the manufacturer and they're sending me a new one, but I ended up just buying one from a big box store (As the one from my gas washer didn't fit). Other than having to spend this extra $$ (because I needed the washer right away), I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm looking to save my pennies for one of the high end electric ones next, as I was that impressed with my first foray into this mid end electric.
