Talk about an amazing Pan. I cant believe how much I use both of my Lodge Skillet's. They are so versatile, yes a little cleanup and maintenance is needed each time, but it pays you back in perfectly cooked food that is really healthy. not to mention what it can do to a steak. Did I mention that it is a once in a lifetime purchase. Got it on sale here and am very happy all the way around with Great Offer Stock and the skillet
It is hard to find a cast iron skillet that isn't already 75 years old, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that greatofferstock.com had one for sale! I especially loved the second handle because of its weight. It was a birthday gift that was a great surprise and was very much appreciated!

Cooking is a breeze, cleanup is a snap as long as it is done right away. Towel-drying is a must. Food tastes great. Nothing compares to cast iron.
