excellent for the price and very classic and modern

Received with no assembly instruction manual. Of course my bedroom is already completely taken apart because I'm preparing for & making room for this new bed. I contact customer service & the declare no instruction manual a "missing part", say they will contact me in 1-2 days, then an additional 2-5 days for them to mail it to me. Seriously?!? In the age of all things computer they can't email it?!? Then they ask me if I'm missing anything else....well smart guy, I don't know BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A MANUAL?!?!? Then they asked me the same questions over & over again. I guess overall this is a poor rating for Great Offer Stock more so than the bed itself, but nothing that arrives in pieces should ever arrive without instructions. And if what's missing is a set of instructions, I shouldn't have to have my bedroom torn apart for a week waiting on them to come snail mail. I have loved Great Offer Stock & recommended so many times for years. NEVER AGAIN!!! Honestly, what sealed the deal was not the problem, but their idea of a "solution".

I love the bed. True colors and very modern look. The only bad think was that nobody advised you where all the parts came from. When you received the package you only see a headboard. Please look in the back!

Very nice bed.. Goes together very nicely. Neat and looks great! It all fits in the headboard too! I would definitely get another!
