I rated the quality 'GOOD' because one of the bowls had a rough part on the bottom edge underneath. It was rough enough to scratch any table or counter surface but I used one of those metal nail files to sand it smooth rather than return the entire set for exchange. I wanted the soup bowls to better accommodate salads as the other bowls were too deep. The collection is exactly the style I was looking for even if some of the pieces have imperfections, I think that's expected when you get them at such a great price!

Expected a bowl that would be good for our Louisiana gumbo, but it is too small.
