great table, no hardware, awful customer service I ordered this table as a Christmas present on December 5, and it came in 2 boxes (one with the benches and one with the table). On Sunday, December 18, I decided I'd assemble the table, so it would be done. The finishings are gorgeous. I put the benches together with ease. However, when I opened the table box there was no hardware or assembly manual. I contacted Great Offer Stock customer service on Monday, December 19 with the issue. They put in a parts order, and told me in 1-2 days I'd be contacted. I've chatted online with customer service representatives each day since Tuesday (now it's Thursday), and each day someone tells me the issue will be resolved, and yet it hasn't. I now have to go out and attempt to find the specific hardware to put the table together in time for Christmas. Very frustrated customer.

Great quality I had some reservations before i ordered the outdoor set but I'm so glad i did as it looks great in my courtyard. A friend helped me put it together and it was relatively straight forward once we got started. I cant rate this product any higher as its the best.

Looks so nice on the patio This set was really easy to assemble, but it took forever to un-pack. It's very sturdy. We are a family of five, and there's plenty of room plus some left over for us. It's outside on a patio without a cover. We live in a humid environment that gets rain fairly often. I'm wondering how it will hold up in the rain and the sun but can't speak on that as yet.

Great quality This desk is awesome quality, especially for the price! I took off one star because after putting it together, one of the benches was uneven and rocked a bit. I put a little pad under one of the legs and now it's perfect, so not a huge deal. It looks fantastic. The wood is a beautiful color.
