I have had this type of silverware for over 20 years. I was happy to be able to find it again. But just like the previous reviews stated all was about the same except for the knifes and they were thinner. Other than that I think the other silverware items may be a hair lighter than the older version. However if you did not have the older version you would not even notice this. The old silverware and the new silverware can be used together with out any problems.

I've been looking for new flatware for years. This set was perfect. They are great for everyday and formal meals. They are not too heavy in the hand but feel solid.

I have owned American Harmony for many years and was looking for an inexpensive way to add to my set. The knife handle is a little flatter than in my existing set,but overall I am pleased. You cannot beat the price for the quality and quantity. Other sites sell this set for over $300.
