Wow, this tub is gorgeous! We received our shipment a couple of days ago, and I opened the crate right away to make sure the item wasn't damaged. Happily, it was in perfect condition, it's larger than I expected and it's beautiful. It's also light (it's acrylic, after all), which is a nice change from the behemoth we removed. Freight/oversized item shipments from Great Offer Stock are actually more reliable than the stuff that gets shipped via UPS/FedEx. I recently ordered 5 items at once...the two that were oversized arrived in perfect condition, delivered by professional freight delivery drivers. The 2 that came via FedEx were damaged . The 1 that came via UPS was left at my mailbox, 300' away from my garage (where the driver claimed he put it). In other words, don't fear the freight/oversized deliveries, they work just fine!
