I absolutely love the pattern. It was easy to install and easy to cut pieces that needed trimming. The downfall is that the edges chip off very easily. I'm glad that I bought extra tiles however I hope that I won't need to continually replace them as 'regular maintenance'.

If your looking for an inexpensive and easy way to do a floor these tiles are good. Not something I would use in high end house.

It's as seen, seems sturdy can't wait to finish laying it. Would buy from this company again ,everything came in great time.

I do not care for these tiles personally, they don’t even look like floor tiles lol more like wallpaper and do not stick to the floor:( floor was cleaned very well then dried. Still lifting and not appealing look at all����‍♀️

Do Not Rely on the online pictures!!! These are actually nice tiles but when you get them the dark spot which is part of the design makes the tile look Dirty!! They do not appear as they do in the picture when you actually get them. Then you are stuck with a huge bill and mess of stuff you can't use because of POOR PHOTOGRAPHY!! NO RETURNS unless defective.

Love that these tiles are self-adhesive. Allows "work smarter not harded" to be reality. It's tan tile coloring matches basically anything and are nice enough to place in any room. Thank you

This item is very poor quality, does not stick well and the seems all have glue on them and very hard to clean off!!! this item sucks!!!!!!!

The tile is very attractive in person. I laid it down to see how it will look, and I like it. It's an easy way to boost the appearance in the kitchen.

The color was different from what I order....much lighter

This tile was easy to install. There have been no issues with it coming up since installed about a year ago in a room that gets lots of traffic/use.
