I received this item the 1st time before Christmas and it had been used. Finger prints all over it and it didn't work. The 2nd time I got the item, it was brand new (which is what I expected the 1st time!), but then this one didn't work either! I tried everything that the instructions said to do, and the purifier never worked. Soo annoyed that I will never order another one. You can try your luck, but not me.

A close associate loves good cigars, but his significant other does not like the smell of cigar smoke in their house. This device proved to be the perfect solution. High levels of Ozone can be a health risk, so I cautioned him to set the Ion generator to a very low level. Even at a low setting it still smells like fresh sheets from the dryer whenever one enters his man cave/study now. I like this model better that a similar more expensive machine I purchased for myself many years ago. Easy to clean and maintain and no expensive HEPA filter to replace every month or so.

It's broken/ I doesn't turn on and there is no clear return policy, or phone number. I am sure they will take it back and replace it but I wont order through Great Offer Stock again unless they make it easier to replace broken items.

Pumps out the Ozone. Follow instructions - do NOT use this when people/pets are present. Ozone is great for destroying odors - and lung tissue.

We have smokers (of weed and cigarettes) who live below us and the smell is gone! We live in a 1400q ft space and it purified the whole place. Great product!
