Mr. zulu It was not what I expected. The blade turns slow and its very small. I did not like the sherrad blade.

good purchase so far I have only used this one time so far but it have done what I would expect. I use to be an asst meat market manager and it is close to the machine we used in the market. The only reason I gave four stars is b/c I have only used it one time; If it continues to perform in the future like it has in the present I will gladly give it five stars

Works well, But is not convenient The Slicer works well but is to big, My Black & Decker I had for years that folded up to the size of a small baking dish was better suited for a home kitchen & cost at the time of purchase two thirds cheaper, But it is still a very good machine

leaves a lot of waste Motor is great, but you can't get the product all the way to the end to slice, leaves 3/4" to 1" of whatever your cutting to waste. Teeth don't bite hard, so very difficult to move back and forth easily. Biggest challenge is the waste.
