Just as advertised!!!! Great value.

Tried the first two and halfway through the rebooting process, batteries failed. Tried the second two and couldn't even get a whimper out of the robot. That old failure 0004. Sent them back and had to pay the return shipping.

Our Neato vacuum was only running for 30 seconds before it needed to recharge. We had the batteries tested and they were bad. Ordered new batteries and installed them easily. Finally the floors are clean! Glad to have my Neato back in business.

After three years my Nido vacuum needed replacement batteries. The replacement was easy and the vacuum now works great.
