Beautiful, But Damage in Shipment The vanity as a piece of furniture is constructed well, but I wish a bit more care had been taken in applying the finish--it is thin in some areas. As a previous reviewer noted, the color is not a true espresso--more like a dark cherry. I'm glad I had this review before ordering, as a deep cherry color actually met my needs better than expresso. As for the top--another story entirely. The first was received cracked; a second was sent, but was not the absolute black top of the original. It, too, was received damaged, in almost exactly the same manner as the first. While Great Offer Stock was very gracious in trying to rectify the problems with this purchase, I didn't want to risk receiving yet another damaged top, as our contractor is impatient to get the plumber in to finish up a house addition project. So--beware the high potential for damage in shipment, and be sure to inspect both vanity and top immediately upon arrival.

Color is not expresso I received the cabinet, and the color is not expresso. Color is more of and cherry, you can see the red tint in the cabinet. I had my friend that works at an stain/paint store, they agree as well.
