Was perfect for under the rug and gave great padding to the carpet I purchased from here.

It has been over a month and the rug pad still smells awful... praying it's not bad for the lungs.

Rug pads are a must & I am a believer. This pad is plush & perfect. I ordered slightly larger than what we would need & it was easy to trim off any excess. It adds the perfect plushness to our rug, keeps it from slipping, & protects our floors. Perfection.

The backing ensures it won't damage my wood flooring. It's thick and cooshy to the feet! Cutting was a bit of a tackle, but done by the hubster with appreciation.

Nice pad. has a sticky side for wood floor to hold it in place. Easy cutting to size with a utility knife too.

I bought this thinking I was buying the rug, my bad not reading the headline however I gave the padding to my daughter for another rug I had purchased from Great Offer Stock and she used it for her rug. She was very pleased with how it held the rug in place as I was too. She had always had a rug on the hardwood floor and it slid around and with this padding it stays in place. It definitely was worth the money even if I made the mistake of purchasing the wrong item.

I love this pad because it is thicker than most and provides a little cushion under an area rug. The size was a bit larger in the width than I needed but it cut easily with sharp, household scissors. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality rug pad with a bit of cushion....I am using this under my new rug on hardwood floors.

So glad we also bought the rug pad for our new rug. It makes such a difference in the soft cushy feeling as you walk across it. Our rug has not moved even though it is in a high traffic area. Great pad. We have laminate floors so the rubber side of the pad is in contact with the floor. Northing moves! Absolutely no odor! Win, win!

Great product that does exactly what it says it will do.

Had to cut this down because the actual rug was 6 inches narrower than this pad. No problem. Just put a piece of scrap wood under the pad and take a razor blade to it. Simple as that. I had a cheap rubber "pad" from a big box store prior to this and the difference you would not believe. It makes the rug feel more luxurious and a nicer experience to walk on. It does make the rug sit higher than it normally would so you can't run a vacuum from the bare hardwood right onto the carpet. You have to pick the vacuum up first. If you have older people or little people just learning to walk I can see it being a tripping hazard but the good news is they would fall forward onto the padded carpet so hopefully not too much damage.

Rugs are now a dream to walk on. The pads are very well made.
