These lamps are perfect for my contemporary Asian decor. I love their height, shape of the shades and small table footprint. They could only be better if the bases were wood instead of metal.

Shade depth is too narrow where the on-off switch is placed. It makes it difficult to turn lamp on and off.

this is a good looking, practical lamp especially for the money. It's a little larger than a normal table lamp so it's best if it fits w/whatever table you're using but it's attractive, the shade is nice quality, the light given off is good, and it goes w/many types of decor.

Okay, the package arrived with no damage. The lamp shade drove me nuts trying to unwrap the cellophane that covers it. That took 15 minutes. lol I will say that the lamp looks great on my Simple Living Piazza End Table. They match each other in the metal color which is nice. Worth the money.

I bought two and might buy another- modern and traditional at the same time to go with my eclectic decor. It is heavy and substantial. It feels solid and expensive, yet was very reasonably priced.
