This was a little more expensive (and smaller) than the other metal art we were looking at, so it stayed on our Wish List a while before we pulled the trigger. When it cam, I thought wed made a mistake because the lovely uneven edge was embedded in styrofoam. I set it in a room that got direct sunlight, and the surface was almost mirror-like. None of the colors popped. But my son loved it - so we took it out of its wrapping and styrofoam. Im so glad we did! The background metal has a slight bronze hue that would enable it to go with a silver (like ours) or more gold motif. In any location other than facing the sun, the colors come out beautifully and the depth of the art is amazing. We love the name Urban Heights because you dont really see the skyscrapers until you hear the name. Its not as obvious as other cityscapes. It is perfect for my sons all stainless steel urban condo!
