So far my filters last 6 to 9 months. Definitely seems to do a good job in filtering the water.

...seriously, that is what one of the CS reps told me when I called. After multiple calls, CS Reps hanging up on my after I asked for a return/refund or simply pretending they couldn't hear me (but only after I explained the issue, called from a landline), or insisting I had to know the make model of my fridge. So I got the make & model and called again, only to be hung up on again after explaining the issue. Finally got a CS rep on the phone that agreed to a return/refund. Item did not seal and therefore water wouldn't flow through. Overstock received item back a week ago and still hasn't refunded my $$. Says it is still pending. Not sure I will ever see my refund or order from Overstock again. Item didn't work and customer service was horrible. Bought previous UKF8001 comparable filter I used before and worked fine. Was cheaper to, just had to buy a 3 pack.

We bought this replacement filter due to the great price and free shipping. The only reason we're giving it 4 stars is that the water pressure has increased a good deal. We have no other complaints about it.
