I was skeptical about purchasing a mattress and foundation online. But the attractive internet pricing lured me to buying this item through Great Offer Stock. Best purchase ever! The technicians came to the house, carried it upstairs, set the bed up, provided instruction and took the garbage out with them. This service was included in the price and not an add on. The mattresses were ready to sleep on after 24 hours. They require Twin XL sheets. Each side has it's own remote to operate the functions of the bed. While we did have an issue with one of the control boxes after the technicians left, the company was very easy to deal with and sent a tech and new parts our within the week. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received from Blissful Nights. If you're hesitant to order this bed, don't be. It's fantastic! And I won't lie and say it was an easy adjustment to go from an inner coil to the memory foam. It took about a week and a half before we were used to the new bed.
