Medium-hard cushions. Couch was better than i had expected. Not sure how it will hold up to to labs and people....time will tell. Fabric was nicer and more luxurious feeling than I expected too. Some reviews indicated a strong odor from the furniture when opening......no odor whatsoever.

The sofa is comfortable and the color is great.

We ordered two full size sofas for our space and we couldnt be happier!!!! The solid construction is perfect for our large family (8). Ended up sleeping on it the first week and that was great too!! Love the color and the fabric!!!

I bought this couch based on other's reviews of their experiences with delivery, assembly and comfort. Delivery was great! Assembly was super easy, but you definitely need two people to put the large pieces together. The bottom cushions are quite firm whereas the back cushions are super soft. Odd contrast, but I'm just gonna work with it. :) I like the style and I can lay down on it to watch tv and it's just fine! :) The color is awesome too...

The sofa is much cheaper material than what I expected. I thought it was going to be better quality. I see this sofa only lasting a year in our house

Beautiful, very easy to put together by myself. The size of the box it came in sorta freaked me out though. A little darker than I expected. And VERY firm.

I hunted around for a dark grey linen sofa but my concern was delivery because I have a narrow entry way. The fact that this sofa comes in 2 separate boxes with 4 main frame pieces made it very simple to get up my stairs and into my living room. I put the sofa together myself - it was very simple and took less than 10 minutes. The couch is attractive overall but the fabric is slightly denim like - not quite high end enough, however for the price it is completely suitable. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for a slight disappointment in the texture of the fabric but I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it with the caveat that if a linen like fabric is important to you this couch might not satisfy...but you definitely have to spend close to 2X the price of this couch to fulfill a custom linen feel.

Very conveniently packaged in pieces that snap together with ease. Made carrying inside tight doors simple where other couches of this size wouldn't fit if assembled already.

I ordered this couch in linen white, because I thought that meant it was actually white....it's not, it's the color of a Manila envelope....so I returned it, which they charged me $** whatever fine....UPS picked up the couch the next day & My credit card was credited for the price of the couch minus the $** fine, a few days later while I was at work, another box arrived on my front porch which contained the arms & cushions for the couch I returned, I immediately called Great Offer Stock to let them know of the mistake. They told me that they would send someone for the box within 3 to 5 business days ....ok, I didn't love the huge box being on my porch for that long, but ok things happen....no one ever came to get the box..... I called back the customer service representative apologized and said someone would come for the box within 3 to 5 days again no one came for the box.... OK, now it's getting annoying but I still understand. Once again no one ever comes for the box .... I called Great Offer Stock again and get a different customer service representative, she suggests I just throw the box in the garbage or donate it ???? What??? I tell her no I don't want to do that there's nothing wrong with the things in the box except for the color and it goes with the other part of the couch that was already delivered and returned ... finally she agrees to send someone for the box. I'm still waiting for someone to take the box off of my front porch . Unacceptable, after this experience, I do not think I will be using greatofferstock.com again.

In the past, we have ordered expensive couches, this couch is great. looks exactly like the picture. We ordered the dark grey one. The cushions do slide a bit, so you will have to adjust that after sitting awhile. Delivery came 2 different boxes on 2 different days though, and was late. But, couch, I do recommend.

These sofas are great and look much nicer than expected. Each cushion has a removable zippered cover which makes for easy & thorough cleaning. The seat cushions are firm and supportive. And with two people, assembly takes less than ten minutes.

Could not of been a better experience, from the customer service representative to the incredibly fast shipping. Sofa quality is great especially for the price! Great job Overstock!

We love this gray couch we just purchased, oversized seats, removable pillows. This couch was so comfortable that after we put it together, which took less then 10 minutes I laid down and took a nap and it was fantastic. I looked for months to find the perfect couch and after I read the reviews I knew this was the one, the reviews were spot on. Thanks reviewers.

Great couch, love everything about it

Arm rest of the sofa doesn't have a removable cover. A cover is necessary if you don't want the sofa get dirty once and for all. The sofa is delivered in two separated packages. The deliver guy left one package outside my door without calling me. And the other package was nowhere to be found. Then I received a call from a neighbor in Building 600 who told me that my package was left there even though my building was 800. So I have to move the 30 inch cubic from Building 600 to Building 800 by myself in the snowing night.

worst sofa, no comfort and bad quality, with 8 months gaps developed between two seating cushions and back cushions are not comfy

It fits well in our living room. The color is exactly what we thought it would be. It's comfy. I read some reviews that said it was pretty firm, but I think it's perfect. It was super easy to put together. It literally took about 10 minutes to put together with no issues. I love it! :-)

Loved the texture of this sofa and the idea that it goes together so easily. Arrives in 2 packages and you put it together. The one I received was defective. The seat bottom was not set to be flush with the arms and sticks out 4 inches, making the cushions sit uneven and the seat bottom pokes you in the calves. Cushions were firm as stated in other reviews but I found that to be just fine. Wish it would not have been defective.

Not as comfortable as I was hoping. Size was good...I guess you get what you pay for
